I'd say its a good glitch. AAHHHHHH....NOOOO!! You can level up faster if once you attack the enemy and move on to the next character, cancel, attack again, cancel attack again, etc. It will level you up much faster Sorry ClassicGamer...I had to hide that in a spoiler. I started to read it then stopped as soon as I realized you were telling me what it was.

ClassicGamer...I edited this yesterday and decided to read it because I thought I saw something when I accidentally started reading it yesterday. Basically this is what I have been doing to build one character's levels faster than another characters. I wouldn't call this a glitch however.
I think this was a well-thought out process by the game producers. Think about it...If you build one characters levels, all the other characters miss out. If one of your characters builds up levels quickly, all the other characters are behind him/ her.
Either way, I think it's good and equals out one way or another.
Were you doing something different that I don't know about?

I think thats the same thing. In the famicom version you had to use the weapon or spell 100 times to increase the level.
Post a screenshot if possible

I would have to take a picture with a digital camera so what exactly would you like to see? I know I don't have to use a weapon or a spell 100 times to level up but I will say that it seems like I have to use them more for each level.

One of my characters (Maria) is level 10 for the Polearm and Shield EDIT: Here's a screenshot I took from my PSP. I took about 10 pictures and finally saw got one that wasn't too blurry. I am absolutely amazed at how well this turned out!!
