New Layout for Main NES Index

I have completely redone the layout for the main NES page.

- removed GIF for game previews (used PNG...smaller...loads faster)
- created new navigation system (a separate page for each letter of the alphabet vice grouped)
- optimized look and feel for Google Adsense (used leaderboard images instead of text)
