I read about guys in an old edition of nintendo power that metioned games being beaten with feet, in a straight jacket, etc.

Depending on the game, it can't be too hard. Like RPGs I'm sure can be beaten with one hand, though it would take a while and I'm sure your hand would get cramped.
Racing games, however, would be difficult.

yeah thats where being double jointed helps. I also hear it helps to hold the controller sideways

yes...I finally beat Guitar Hero III...with my feet...AND...blind-folded. It took me all night Gee, I only wish. The closest thing I have come to beating a game with a handicap (feet in my case) was Super Mario Brothers. Just for "kicks" I beat 1-1 and a few of the other ones that did not require ducking.

I think it would be possible, if you're really, really good, to play Tetris one-handed.

I wonder if ClassicGamer would be able to endure this Tetris challenge

well when I get those darn controllers in, I set up my button keys so close together that its almost easier to play with 1 hand on the keyboard
