I used Practice mode for these times. Many of them are easily beatable, though. I used the Fire Stingray for all the times except the Silence best time.
Mute City I Best Time: 2'04"59 Best Lap: 0'24"01
Big Blue Best Time: 2'13"98 Best Lap: 0'25"98
Sand Ocean Best Time: 2'38"16 Best Lap: 0'30"15
Death Wind I Best Time: 1'50"36 Best Lap: 0'20"81
Silence Best Time: 2'11"61 Best Lap: 0'24"59
White Land I Best Time: 2'12"93 Best Lap: 0'25"54
Port Town II Best Time: 2'38"65 Best Lap: 0'30"06

Going from memory my best time was @2:08 in White Land I. That's the only level I remember really trying for a good time.

I always hated White Land I. On the area with the jumps, I often wound up crashing out.

Yes it did, almost as much as Death Wind II.
I'm not very good at this game. I wish there was a way to practice all 15 tracks

I don't understand why they didn't do that. I'd love to hone my skills at Fire Field.
