Well, the GameCube isn't getting any younger...in fact, its almost 7 years old (US) already. I still see them in stores brand new for $99.99. I think I am going to get one soon so I have one. I missed the N64 console and I don't want to miss out on this one.

That, ^, and enjoy the Gameboy Player while ya can. =P It's awesome. And if you're into DVD recording games for reviews or whatever, it's a definite must.
Plus it saves battery.

Gameboy player helped you do tons of stuff. In Wind Waker, you could get special items, Animal Crossing get to an island and upload stuff, and much more in other games. I'd suggest do NOT keep it in the box and sell it. Ive had mine two years. I could see it with all my games for over a 100 (dont ask why I say deer...) deer. Some good games Id say to buy, E- Mario Kart Double Dash, Wind Waker, Animal Crossing, Super Mario Sunshine, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2. T- Melee, NFS Most Wanted, James Bond (all 5 for the Gamecube), F-Zero GX, and all three Medal of Honors. M-Resident Evil 4, Metal Gear Solid 2, Call of Duty 2 (I don't play M games so I dont know any)

Not to mention GameBoy Player played Gameboy/Gameboy Color games.
I've heard that there is something for the DS as to where you can play GB/GBC games, but I'm not sure about it.

No offense to the DS, but I hate that system.

This topic seems to have gotten way off subject somehow. I will getting a brand new GameCube system within the next month or so. I will leave it in the box since I can play GameCube games on my Wii { locked}
