Here, I will maintain a list of Walkthroughs that are most wanted. Just post what you want and I will edit this list accordingly.

I haven't yet decided what kind of template/ layout I want for the Walkthroughs yet. Let's keep this on the back burner for now, but within reach so we don't forget about it. I know one thing...I really don't want to create walkthroughs via Notepad. Everyone seems to use these (and they do have necessary info) and they are just too boring to me.
I want to incorporate screenshots into the walkthroughs much like I did for the reviews. Having pictures always seems to make things easier to read and understand. I guess I want the walkthroughs to look sort of like a strategy guide...details, details, details.
Let's bump this thread in about a month or so...great question!
In the mean time, we should maybe come up with a few games for each console just to get them on the list.

Well I jumped the gun on the walk-through and wrote a text walk-through on Sword-less Zelda 2nd quest.
Classic Gamer Zelda I 2nd quest no sword FAQ/Walk-through.
First off to reach the second quest one must either beat the first quest or type in the name "Zelda." Beating Ganon without a sword is impossible. However one can get to him without getting a sword. This task is much easier in the second quest. This walk-through tells you how to get through the second quest. This FAQ assumes you know some key landmarks as trying to do a swordless you should know how to beat the game in your sleep.
First off you need money. These are secrets that are hidden that you don't need any equipment. In the second quest, there are only three of such secrets. One of which is out near the graveyard. It is heck to get to without a sword. I'll ignore this secret.
They are in relation to Level 2 in the first quest (Level 3 in the second) one screen south, one screen east, and one screen north. Push the right most statue. This will net you thirty coins. The second secret in relation to the first is: one screen south and one screen east. Again push the right most statue. This nets you ten coins. Now you can buy 8 bombs. Look for a shop that sells bombs and buy two sets of four. Then it is very important to either do the quick end or kill yourself. Be sure to save the game as the next step inquires chance.
Now you head to Level 1. At the beginning, go right. and use as few bombs on the goryias as possible. Hopefully one will drop bombs. Remember to bomb up. Hopefully this battle will net you a 0 bomb loss. If you have less than 6 bombs, I suggest you dying or quick end and retring. If you have 6 or more bombs, you can die or quick end and save. When you get the bombs to my suggestion, go back to Level 1 and go up. Here use your boomerang to stun goryias. Hopefully, you can take all 3 out with one bomb. If you're real lucky, he'll drop a bomb. There will be a key. Grab it and head back to start. Go east and up through the bombed wall. Here you use your boomerang to kill the bats. Take the secret passage, and you'll be in a room with suns and hands. Stun all hands and then bomb them. Grab the key. Go through the locked door. Ignore the blue goryias and bomb up. Take out Aquamentus with two bombs. Grab the heart container and a piece of the triforce. Hopefully you will have 4 bombs and 1 key. Get killed or quick end and save. If you don't then go back and stun goryias and bombing them. Only bomb red ones. If you run out of bombs, you'll have to retry.
Once you get ready, head for Level 2. Go north until you can't and stun all enemies that get in your way, and kill the second room of bats. You should get another key. Once you get to the mandhalna, if you feel confident, you can kill it with one bomb. Get the key. Go right, south, then walk through the wall south. Here you get killed or quick end and save. Now for a difficult part which takes more luck than skill.
Head to Level 6. If you want get the heart one screen north. In Level 6, you need to dodge the wizzerdrobes as well as possible. Go up twice, and go left until you can't go no more. Here you will get the ladder. If you get trapped by a like like you'll quick end if you're low on bombs. Remember you'll need at least one after you get the ladder. Once you get the ladder, head to Level 8. If you want, head one screen north of the first 30 secret, bomb the wall and get another 30 secret. Buy 4 bombs with the money if you're short.
In Level 8, go up one screen. Here you will find red suns. But, what are you worried about. You're doing a swordless. You can spend hours just getting hit by the red suns lol. Anyways, push one of the blocks to reveal and take the secret passage. Here you'll be in a room of goyrias. Wall through the wall to the south, and then unlock the door to the south. You'll be in a room of colored suns and hands. Stun the hands and blow them all up with a bomb. Take the secret passage and get the wand. Now you've gotten by most of pure luck portion as you have a unlimited weapon. When I say kill enemies, I assume you'll use the wand because it's unlimited in use. You'll still need bombs, and I'll tell you when and where.
Now I go and get all the heart containers hidden in the overworld that I can. I won't tell you where they are, you should know if you're trying a swordless. You should also kill enemies with the wand until you get 60 coins. Then you buy a candle and get the two 30 secrets near Level 1. They are one screen to the right and 1 screen up and down. I won't tell you exactly wish bush to burn. Also blow the whistle an additional screen down to get another 30 secret. Then you go and buy some bait. Hopefully after you by the bait, you'll still have 60-70 coins.
Go back to Level 8 and go ahead and get the magic key. Go north until you can't go north any more due to the goryia blocking your path. Feed him the bait. Follow all the rooms until you reach a supposed dead end. Bomb the wall to the left. You eventually get into a room with 3 dogdonos. You'll need at least 6 bombs. You get 4 in the previous room if you kill all the hands. You can kill goryia to get additional bombs with the wand that you found earlier. Kill these dogdonos. Keep following the rooms until you reach a room with red suns. Push a block and take the secret passage. You'll then be in another room. Do not go down. Instead unlock the door to the left. You should have a key. Kill all the stafols. Remember that this is the second quest. They will throw swords at you. Go back to the right and then you can go down. Push the block and head left. Don't take the secret passage here, instead walk through the wall to the south. Then head right. Unlock the door to the right, kill all the goryias here, and take the secret passage. Here you should have at least 100 coins from the enemies you killed. Bomb to the south and follow your way around until you get to another supposed dead end. Here kill all the hands, push a block to open the shutter. Here buy extra bombs for the 100 coins. You'll be brought up to being able to hold 12. Go back around and go up the locked door and face 3 dogdonos for the boss. Blow them up. Pick up the container heart and piece of the triforce and leave.
Head toward Level 2 and now you have the wand, you can beat gleeok. Go up and now you can if you want kill the enemies . Go up again and unlock the door to the right. Here are red darknuts. You'll need to know how to kill these in the future, so I'll tell you now. Get up close to them facing perpendicular to the dark nut and hit him with the wand. Bombs work well too, but you're limited on these, and you'll have to use the wand later. Bomb the wall to the right. Head south twice and take the secret passage. Go up and now you'll be at a gleeok. Get up close to him as possible without touching and strike with the wand. He'll take about 10 hits in all. Get the heart container and piece of the triforce and exit.
Go to the nearest fairy and one screen south and here is a secret for 100. Get it. Head toward Level 3. Once in Level 3, go up and kill the goryias. If you have less than 6 bombs hope they drop some. If not exit and reenter. Once you have at least 6 bombs, head to the right. Kill these groups of dogdonos. Get the heart container. Go down and kill the hands. Push a block and take the secret passage. Here you kill all the goryias and head up to the triforce.
Now before going to Level 4, you'll need the power bracket. It's located in the same place. Head toward it and get it. You'll also need at least 150 coins the lost woods. Exit the lost woods to a fairy. hen go back down and go to Level 4. Once in Level 4 go up. Kill the Digdoggner. Here's an easy way to do it. First before blowing the whistle, place a bomb on the center of it. Then before it explodes blow your whistle. Then place another bomb on it. Go left. Ignore these enemies and go up. Ignore these enemies and head right through the locked door. Kill Aquamentus. Head right and kill these enemies. You'll have to be right up next to the pols voice. Push a block to go underground and get the magic book. This adds a little pizazz to your wand. Walk through the wall up and pay the guy 100 rupees for more bombs. This will bring your max up to 16. Walk through the wall to the left. Go through the locked door to the left. Ignore all darknuts and head up. Head up again. You can kill these enemies if you want. Head right, push the block. and then head up. Bomb up and pay the dude 50 rupees. Head right and take the secret passage. Go up here and defeat the digdoggner. You can get the triforce, but you'll have to go through the level again. Walk through the wall up and kill the darknuts. Make sure you have at least 6 bombs. Go up and kill the dogdonos. Go up and kill these enemies. Make sure you don't go left. Push a block and get the raft. Head back to the triforce if you didn't get it already. Leave Level 4. Go get the last container heart. Also bring the bomb total up to 16.
Head to Level 5. Go up and to the left. Go south through the locked door and take the secret passage. Here requires luck. Kill the blue wizzerdrobes. These are immune to the wand so you'll have to place 3 bombs to get rid of them. Push the block to open the shutter. Go right. Ignore the ghoma and go down. Head through the secret passage and get the bow. Go back to the room you first went down in. Go west here. Keep following your way around ignoring enemies until you get one you have to fight. Drop a perfectly placed bomb on this manhandla. Go up and through the secret passage. Go left after that and beat the gleeok the same way you beat him in Level 2. Get the heart container and the triforce. You'll need an arrow if you haven't gotten it already.
Head back to Level 6 now. Go back until you're one screen from the ladder which you got earlier. Go north here and bomb to the right. Go until you can't go no more. Bomb up here and go up twice. Keeping in mind that going up through the bombed door counts as the first up. Push a block and take the secret passage. Go through the locked door on your right. Here you will be faced with another gleeok. Kill it and head right. Go right and push a block to reveal another secret passage. Take it. Ignore this enemy and go north to ghoma. It will take 3 sure hits. Get the heart container and the triforce piece.
Head on to Level 7. You'll need 50 rupees. Enter Level 7 and go right. Go right again. You can stand on the water and finish these darknuts off. Go right yet again. Go right until you're trapped. Place a well placed bomb in the center of the Manhandla. Push a secret block head right. You can again stand on water and kill the enemies. Go up and again stand on water to kill these enemies. Head up. Now for the fun. Get in an edge in the room and just start firing your wand. Hopefully you want lose too much net life. Blue Darknuts sometimes drops a lot of fairies. Once these blue darknuts are dead, head up. Ignore these darknuts and head up. Kill the ghoma and head up. Kill the bats, push a block, and take the secret passage. Ignore the blue darknuts and head up. Push the block and head to the right. Pay the man the 50 rupees and head down. Kill these blue darknuts, push a block, and take the secret passage. Go left and kill these darknuts. Go left and kill the gleeok. Get the heart container and the triforce.
Head up to level 9. Be sure you get your bomb total up to 16. Once you get into Level 9, go up twice until you get into a dark room with traps. Walk through the wall to the left. Walk through the wall to the right again. Bomb up, go through the bombed door, and then walk through the wall to the left ignoring the patra. Here are wizzerdrobes that you need bombs for. Take care of the red ones first. Then take out the blue ones. Push the block and go into the secret passage and get the silver arrow. Now head back to start. Go up and to the left. Kill this snake like enemy with the wand. Go through the shutter. Go left again and go up through the locked door. Go left through the locked door. Kill the slower snake like enemy and pick up the bomb. Go up, bomb, and go through the bombed wall to the right. Push the block and head up. Go right. Be sure not to go right twice. Bomb up. Go through the locked door. Ignore the enemies. Go right and up. You'll seem to be in a dead end room where the guy says go to the next room. You can walk through both ways. You need to go to the left. Go left again and go up. Ignore the patra for now and walk through the wall on the left. Kill the snake enemy. Push a block and go get the red ring. Go back to the patra and kill it with your wand. You'll have to get close to him or it won't work. Push a block and go through the secret passage. Bomb right and kill the patra. Go right and you'll be at Gannon without a sword. Now go get a sword and kick Ganon's ***.
I'll add pictures and HTML it soon give me a fortnight

How about Video Walkthroughs? You basically record yourself playing and explain concepts during the gameplay.
