i thought it was majora's mask,
which reminds me, Majora's mask was originally called, zelda Gaiden! or also called Legend of Zelda the eternal series, or my favorite LOZ: The sequel to Ocarina of time! in the first version, instead of the fierce deity mask, u had the adult link mask, not only that but the goron could use the megaton hammer and the zora could use deku sticks,

Of its 396 releases, 88 were exclusive to Japan, 42 to North America, and 2 to Europe. It first launched in Japan on June 23, 1996 with Super Mario 64, Pilotwings 64, and Saikyô Habu Shôgi. [glow=red,2,300]The last game to be published for the system was the North American-exclusive Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 on August 20, 2002.[/glow] For a list of Japanese games and titles see List of Japanese Nintendo 64 games. This list does not include games for the Nintendo 64DD. thats off wiki and i also saw it in NP

Out of major consoles, yes. I'm not sure if a less successful console did it first, though. I'll go find out.
EDIT: The first console to provide 4-player support is the Odyssey 200, which was basically a Pong ripoff released in 1975.

What was the point of the expansion card? The only game that I used it for was Perfect Dark.

The expansion Pak added 4 MB of RAM, which allowed compatible games to sport better graphics. I had one because it was necessary to play LoZ: Majora's Mask, which is the only game to require it.
