Its the same worlds, the same objectives over and over again. Its basically a steaming pile of deer pellets. Although I must give it some respect for it being the first 3d game.

Starfox on SNES was 3D. :S
But I LOVE Super Mario 64. Have I glitched it to beat in under a minute? No. I have only done simple glitches that don't use enhancers, such as falling behind the castle doors and beating Koopa the Quick in 0 seconds.

I didn't like it much, for the same reasons as mignelli, almost. I found Sunshine to be a far superior game, as to where the graphics were amazing, and the levels were fun enough to where I could just hang out and waste time in those levels. I loved them. Super Mario 64 I never liked for some reason. It's definitely fun, and well made, but I just couldn't get hooked into it. =/ AND SEGA BEAT NINTENDO TO 3-D <.< SEGA FTW *rushes off in a fanboy cloud of dusk* *In case ya don't believe me* SUPER EPIC WIKIPEDIA QUOTE Article from: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sega...yeah, I know this is a Nintendo forum xD Still...I did like the music in game. Especially the Bob-omb field music. It's awesome. Ah, and as for Galaxy....don't have it.

Sunshine was the worst game. =/
At least Mario 64 was traditional Mario, same as Galaxy.

Tails, I am not trying to offend you in any way. It seems you criticize anyone who has an older system, and use Virtual Console for a lot of stuff (the VC maybe wrong). And glitches to beat a game in under a minute? Do you not understand what the Gamecube, N64 and SNES were? To have hours of fun solving games without help from a guide (I myself used to do guides, but in the last 6 or so games I haven;t). A game that way is more fun. Sure in something like Animal Crossing you can use codes. But its still fun to not use them.

Gentlemen, we all have our own opinions about different games...and we are subject to our own opinions. Please respect each others opinions and let's get back on the original topic. I will not say this again. Thank you.

I used to enjoy Mario 64. I liked the Bob-Omb field. Unfortunately, it's the only level I actually liked playing.
When Mario Sunshine came out, I played it. The level are fun & you can do whatever you want in those levels. After a while, I went to play Mario 64 again, & just couldn't enjoy myself like I was.
Sunshine has totally improved graphics. Maybe that's why. I tried & tried & tried, but I can't find myself liking Mario 64 anymore. Sorry.
