They even have something for the pc that you plug the usb port into the computer, and a plug on the other end which you can plug in your controller. I don't know if they have this for N64 yet

First off, I am very particular with second hand things...especially gaming/ computer stuff. The biggest reason I don't want a used one is because I would have to clean it right when I get it because it was already used by someone. Kinda weird I guess, but why would I want anyone else's germs and stuff?

# classic gamer: really, eh? Its amazing what you can do with a usb port these days.
# NN: Smart of you to be worried about germs and stuff. I can tell your probably a healthy individual. Are you germaphobic? Lol my teacher is, and its hilarious watching him eat a rice cake or a bannana by holding it in a napkin, also, he wont touch anything on the floor, he makes my class pick it up and throw it out. Its nice to see someone care about thier health these days.

Well, everyone wants new things, unfortunately, Nintendo won't make a new N64 unless you somehow request it.

hmm...I seriously doubt that Nintendo would make one upon my request. What I think I will do though is either call or write a letter to them asking their advice on where to find a brand new one though.

I dount that nintendo would make one either, if you are willing to risk it, try the ebay link
Snail mail Nintendo and ask anyway. They are real good about answering back, I asked questions about NES games back in 2002 and they wrote back.

I'll probably end up calling Nintendo about this to see if they can assist me with my endeavor.

i know this is an old thread, but dont give up hope! last year i managed to buy a brand new sega mega drive still in the box. so cool to be the first to take everything out of its plastic (",) the dude actually had about ten of them, obviously built near the end of its reign and ended up in storage somewhere.
point is, there could very well be some NIB N64's around.
